FAQ & Troubleshooting
Ensure your Facebook Profile connected to the system has Admin rights to the Ad Account. If you recently got access, try re-logging into the system with Facebook to refresh the token.
Check if you selected a Special Ad Category (Housing, Credit, Employment) in the Campaign settings. Facebook legally restricts targeting for these categories.
Ensure all required fields (Name, Text, URL, Image/Video) are filled. Sometimes the Facebook API is slow; try clicking the refresh icon next to the preview area.
