What are Credits?

Credits are like tokens you use to create things on the platform. Every time you send a message, run an automation, or use an AI tool, a small number of credits are spent.

      Good to know: The credit system is designed to be easy to understand.
      You always know exactly how much each action costs before you use it.

Usage Logs

Every credit transaction is recorded in the Usage Logs. This lets you track exactly how credits were spent or added, when it happened, and what action caused it.

      Important: Each user can only see their own logs. Only administrators can add credits to user accounts.
    

How to Access Usage Logs

Step 1: Log in to your account
Step 2: Go to the dashboard
Step 3: Click on AI Credits in the menu
Step 4: Click View Logs

You will see a table with all your credit transactions. The most recent transactions appear at the top.

Understanding the Log Table

Column	Description
ID	Unique identifier for each transaction
Action Type	What type of action was performed: `recharge` = credits added (admin/manual) `bonus` = bonus credits added `broadcast_rewrite` = AI broadcast rewriting `landing_page_gen` = AI landing page generation `ai_image_gen` = AI image generation
Input Tokens	Number of tokens sent to the AI (for AI actions)
Output Tokens	Number of tokens received from the AI (for AI actions)
Credits	Amount of credits: -5.00 = you spent 5 credits +100.00 = you received 100 credits
Date	When the transaction occurred (format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS)
Details	A brief description or snippet of what happened

How Administrators Add Credits

Only users with Admin type can add credits to other accounts. This is useful for manually crediting customers who have purchased credits packages.

For Administrators:
1. Log in as Admin
2. Go to AI Credits in the menu
3. Enter the User ID you want to credit
4. Enter the Amount (number of credits)
5. Select Action Type (recharge, bonus, or manual)
6. Add a Description (optional note)
7. Click Add Credits

      Note: Regular members (non-admin) can only view their own usage logs. They cannot access the credit addition form.
    

Checking Your Current Balance

Your current credit balance is displayed at the top of the Usage Logs page. This shows how many credits you have available for AI actions.

If you do not have enough credits, you will need to purchase more or contact your administrator to add credits to your account.
