Broadcast Report

After you send a broadcast, you need to know how it performed. The Broadcast Report shows you everything — how many people got your message, who opened it, and what went wrong. This guide explains every part of the report in simple terms.

1. Your Campaign List

The main screen shows a list of all your broadcast campaigns. Think of it as a table where every row is one campaign you have sent (or scheduled).

What Each Column Tells You

  • Campaign Name: The name you gave the broadcast when you created it.
  • Date: If the campaign is still waiting to go out, you will see the date it is scheduled for (in blue). If it already went out, you see the date it was created. All dates are shown in your own timezone.
  • Progress: A visual bar that fills up as messages get sent. For example, you might see "500 / 1000" which means half of the messages have been sent so far.
  • Status: Whether the campaign is pending, currently sending, finished, or paused.
Good to know: All dates and times shown on this page are already adjusted to your timezone. You can set your timezone in your User Profile.

2. Finding a Campaign

If you have sent many campaigns, you can use filters to find the one you are looking for. Filters help you narrow down the list.

Filter by Status

Use the dropdown menu to show only campaigns with a certain status:

  • Pending: Scheduled but not sent yet.
  • Processing: Currently sending right now.
  • Completed: Finished sending.
  • On Hold / Error: Stopped because of a problem.

Search by Name

Type any word into the search box to find a campaign by its name or the page it was sent from.

Tip: Your filters stay active as you move between pages. So if you search for "summer" and then go to page 2, the search is still applied.

3. Reading Your Report

Click the View button on any campaign to open its detailed report. This is where you see exactly what happened with your broadcast.

How Your Message Travels

We break down the journey of your message into clear steps:

1
Sent

We tried to deliver your message to this person.

2
Delivered

The message reached their phone or computer.

3
Opened

The person actually opened and read your message.

4
Clicked

The person clicked a link or button inside your message.

Delivery Chart

You will also see a pie chart that shows the overall results at a glance — how many messages were successful versus how many were filtered out or failed.

Why some messages are filtered: The system automatically skips people who have blocked your page. This keeps your sending list clean and protects your page reputation.

4. Understanding Failed Messages

Do not worry if you see some "Failed" messages. In most cases, this is the system automatically cleaning your list. Here is what common failures mean, in plain language.

The Person Blocked You or Deleted Their Account

What happened: The person you tried to message has blocked your page, or they deleted their Facebook account.
What the system does: It automatically removes them from your sending list so you do not waste messages on them in the future.
What you need to do: Nothing! This is normal and healthy for your list.

You Sent Outside the Allowed Time Window

What happened: Facebook only lets you send messages within a certain time after someone last interacted with your page. If that window has closed, your message cannot go through.
What you need to do: Make sure you are using the correct message type for your situation. Check your message tags in the broadcast settings.

Facebook Temporarily Paused Your Page

What happened: Facebook noticed that too many people were marking your messages as spam or unwanted, so they temporarily stopped you from sending.
What you need to do: Slow down your sending speed. Give your page a rest, and try again later with a lower volume.

Stay safe: Always send valuable content that people actually want. If too many people report your messages as spam, Facebook may permanently limit your page. Quality over quantity!

5. Watching Messages Live

Want to watch your campaign send messages in real time? Open the Live Monitor page. It automatically updates on its own, no need to refresh the page — you can just sit back and watch.

What You Will See

Left Side: Progress

This shows only campaigns that are currently sending. You can watch the progress bar grow and see the percentage climb in real time.

Right Side: Message Feed

A live list of the last 50 messages sent. Each one shows the time it was sent (in your timezone), who it went to, and whether it was successful or failed.

Tip: If you are sending a large campaign, keep the Live Monitor open on a second screen or in another browser tab. It is a great way to keep an eye on things without being in the way.
