Broadcast Logs

This page shows you everything about your message broadcasts. You can see what was sent, check if it was delivered, pause or stop jobs, and even copy a past broadcast to send again.

1. What Is This Page?

Whenever you send a message to many subscribers at once, the system creates a record of it. This page is where you can see all those records in one place.

Think of it as your sending history — you can check what went out, see how many people received it, pause something that is still going, or copy an old broadcast to send it again.

What Can You Do Here?

  • See all your past broadcasts — Every message you ever sent is listed here
  • Check delivery status — See if a broadcast is waiting, in progress, or finished
  • Pause or stop a broadcast — If something is still sending, you can halt it
  • Copy a broadcast — Reuse the same message and settings for a new send
  • Schedule for later — Pick a future date and time to send

2. Your Broadcast History

The main table on this page lists all your broadcasts. Here is what each column means:

Column What It Shows
ID A unique number for this broadcast (like #154). Useful if you need to reference a specific send.
User / Message Shows who created the broadcast and a preview of the message. Click the icon to read the full message.
Type What kind of broadcast it was — text, image, or card.
Total Subscribers How many people matched your targeting and were included in this broadcast.
Status Whether the broadcast is waiting, sending, finished, or paused. See Section 3 for details.
Timeline When the broadcast was scheduled to send, shown in your timezone.
Tip: You can scroll through the table to find older broadcasts. Each one keeps its own record so you always know what was sent and when.

3. Understanding Statuses

Every broadcast has a status that tells you where it is in the process. Here is what each one means:

Pending

This broadcast is scheduled and waiting its turn. It has not started sending yet.

Sending

Messages are going out right now! Your subscribers are receiving this broadcast.

Done

All messages have been delivered. This broadcast is complete.

Paused

Someone stopped this broadcast before it finished. You can resume it anytime.

4. Managing Your Broadcasts

On the right side of every row, you will see a small action button . Click it to see what you can do with that broadcast.

Available Actions

Action What It Does When You Can Use It
Pause Stops the broadcast from sending any more messages right away. Only when the broadcast is Pending
Resume Picks up right where it left off and continues sending. Only when the broadcast is Paused
Duplicate Copies all the settings from this broadcast so you can send it again. See Section 5. Anytime
Delete Removes this broadcast from your history permanently. Cannot delete while it is still sending
Be Careful: Deleting a broadcast removes it completely. You will not be able to see its records again. Also, you cannot delete or pause a broadcast while messages are actively being sent.

5. Copy & Schedule a Broadcast

The Duplicate feature is perfect when you want to resend a successful broadcast or schedule one that you missed.

How to Use It

  1. Click the action button on any broadcast.
  2. Select Duplicate. A popup window will appear.
  3. Choose how you want to send it:
    • Send Now: Adds it to the queue right away.
    • Schedule for Later: Pick a date and time to send it.
  4. If you schedule for later, pick the timezone that matches your audience.
  5. Click Confirm.
Good to Know: When you duplicate a broadcast, it creates a brand new record. The original stays untouched, so your old statistics are always preserved.

If you pick "Schedule for Later", the system will only let you choose a time that is in the future — no accidentally scheduling something in the past!

6. When Was It Sent?

The Timeline column in the table shows exactly when each broadcast was scheduled to send. All times are shown in your timezone, so you never have to do any math.

How It Works

  • The system automatically adjusts all times to match the timezone you configured in your settings
  • You will see dates and times in a simple format like 10/12 14:30
  • Hover over the icon in the timeline column to see which timezone is being used
Why This Matters: If your audience is in a different part of the world, make sure your timezone setting is correct. This ensures your broadcasts go out at the right local time for your subscribers.
