Your Image Library
Your Image Library is a place to store all your images in one spot. You upload them once, organize them into groups, and then share them using special links that automatically show different images each time. This keeps your bots and broadcasts feeling fresh and interesting!
What You Will Learn
1 Getting to Your Image Library
Look for "Manager List Media" in your main menu. Click it and you will see all your image groups (called "tags") listed out.
On this page you have four buttons to work with:
- Upload — Add new images by dragging and dropping them into the uploader.
- Create New List — Make a new group to organize your images. Think of it like a folder or playlist.
- Sync Folder — If you added files by uploading them directly to your server (if you know how), click this to add them to your library.
- Delete Media — Remove images you no longer need.
2 Uploading and Organizing
Groups are how you keep your images organized. Here is how to set one up:
- Click "Create New List".
- Pick a name that tells you what the images are for. For example:
Summer_PromoorProduct_Photos. - Browse through your images and click each one you want in this group. You must pick at least one.
- Click "Save Tag". Done!
3 Getting Your Smart Links
Back on your tag list, you will see a "Redirect URLs" column next to each group. These are your Smart Links. Each group gives you three links to choose from:
| Link Type | What It Does | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Random | Shows a different image each time someone visits | Varied greetings, showing a range of products |
| Newest First | Shows your newest images first, then older ones | "What's New" content, latest offers |
| Oldest First | Shows your oldest images first, then newer ones | Tutorials, step-by-step guides |
Click the copy button next to the link you want to use.
4 Using Your Smart Links
Paste your Smart Link anywhere you would normally put an image URL. The system will automatically pick the right image from your group and show it to the viewer.
The viewer sees a regular image — not a link. And the next time the automation runs, they might see a completely different image, keeping things fresh!
5 Using in Bot Manager and Broadcasting
This is where Smart Links really shine. You can drop them into your bots and broadcasts so every subscriber sees different images.
In Bot Manager
- Open Bot Manager and find the message you want to edit.
- Pick a template that supports images (like "Generic template").
- In the image field, paste your Smart Link where you would normally put an image URL.
- Save your bot. That's it!
In Broadcasting
- Create a new Broadcast Campaign.
- Choose a message template with image support.
- In the image field, paste your Smart Link.
- Fill in the rest of your message and send or schedule it.
