Bulk Page Campaigns with Page Groups

The Bulk Page Campaigns feature allows you to quickly apply an auto-reply template to multiple pages at once. By using Page Groups, you can select entire groups of pages with a single click, making campaign setup faster and more efficient.

With this feature, you can:

  • Apply a template to multiple pages simultaneously
  • Use Page Groups to select all pages in a group at once
  • Save time when setting up campaigns for many pages
  • Overwrite existing full page campaigns easily

Access the Feature

To access the Bulk Page Campaigns feature:

  1. Navigate to Comment Growth Tools in the dashboard sidebar
  2. Click on Campaigns
  3. Look for the Bulk Page Campaign Setup option or click on Bulk Template Assign

Select Template

First, choose the auto-reply template you want to apply to your selected pages:

  1. In the Choose Template dropdown, select the desired template
  2. Only templates created in the Auto Reply Template Manager will appear here
  3. If you haven't created any templates yet, go to the Template Manager first

Also, enter a campaign name in the Campaign Name field to identify this bulk campaign.

Select Page Groups

If you have created Page Groups, you can select entire groups at once:

  1. Below the template selection, you'll see the Select Page Groups section
  2. Each group shows the number of pages it contains (e.g., "Marketing Pages (5 pages)")
  3. Check the box next to a group to select all pages within that group
  4. Use Select All Groups to select all groups at once
  5. When you select a group, all its pages are automatically marked in the page list below
Tip: Before using this feature, make sure you have created your Page Groups in the Page Groups section. Groups help you organize pages by campaign type, client, or region.

Select Individual Pages

You can also manually select individual pages:

  1. Scroll down to the Select Pages section
  2. You'll see a list of all your pages with bot enabled
  3. Check the boxes next to the pages you want to include
  4. Use Select All to select all pages at once
  5. The page name and page ID are displayed for each option
Warning: Applying a campaign will overwrite any existing full page campaigns for the selected pages. Make sure you want to replace existing configurations.

Apply Campaign

Once you've selected your template, groups, and pages:

  1. Click the Apply Campaign button
  2. The system will process each selected page and create/update the full page campaign
  3. You'll be redirected to the campaigns page with a success message
  4. Each page will now have the selected auto-reply template active
